(MIM) process overview
It is a near-net-shape forming technology formed by introducing modern plastic injection molding technology into the fields of powder metallurgy and high-tech ceramics. Its basic process is to mix metal or ceramic powder with an organic binder, inject it into a mold using an injection machine, and then sinter it after degreasing to finally form a metal or ceramic product.

MIM Processing Technology
Exhibits excellent salt spray resistance and is primarily used in manufacturing circular connector housings, rectangular connector housings, locking devices, stainless steel locknut-style pneumatic tube fittings, T-type three-way and X-type four-way stainless steel double ferrule tube fittings, mechanical equipment, photoelectric system components, metal products, and ceramic products.
Precision Machining & Equipment
Our facilities include Charmilles 35P EDM forming machines, injection molding machines, vacuum sintering furnaces, 5-axis CNC machining centers, turning centers, CNC machine tools, Charmilles 440 slow wire-cutting machines, and advanced inspection systems such as LKAscent CMMs (UK), Zeiss Smart Material Microscopes (Germany), and Swedish universal tool microscopes. These enable us to meet ultra-high-precision manufacturing demands.
