It is located in the Luoyang National Hi-te ch Industrial Zone nestling against ZhouShan in the north and the Luo River in the south. It concentrates in developing and producing hi-tech products. It covers an area of 40 acres, possessing modern plant over 20000㎡ and 220 employees.
